MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: I CANNOT SELECT A PAYMENT METHOD BESIDES PAYPAL. HOW DO I ENTER MY CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT?
Thank you for mail ordering our releases directly from the source! Without people like you, we would have almost certainly closed down years ago. To pay with your credit card, simply enter your credit card information at Paypal checkout. You are not required to have an account with Paypal.

MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: WHY CAN'T I SELECT USPS AS MY DELIVERY METHOD?
There's a good chance you forgot to enter your ZIP code. Please check to make sure.

MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: AM I REQUIRED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR WEBSTORE TO ORDER?
Yes, please! We promise your personal information will remain private, and we will not sell or trade it to anyone.

MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: I JUST ORDERED A VINYL RECORD FROM YOUR WEBSTORE, AND IT SAYS THAT IT INCLUDES A FREE MP3 DOWNLOAD COUPON. THERE ARE NO DOWNLOADS SHOWING UP IN MY "DOWNLOADS" SECTION OF MY WEBSTORE ACCOUNT. WHERE IS MY DOWNLOAD?
If your record is supposed to come with a free MP3 download coupon, that coupon will come packaged inside the jacket of the actual vinyl record. Once you receive your order, please look inside the package for your coupon. If you cannot find a download coupon inside, please contact order(at)temporaryresidence(dot)com.

MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? IF I PAID FOR PRIORITY MAIL, WILL THAT MAKE IT SHIP FASTER?
We generally try to pack and ship mail orders within 1-2 days of receiving them, however, during time of high volume or unforeseen delays in manufacturing, it may take us as long as 1-2 weeks to process your order. Once your order is processed, shipping can take up to 4 days for Priority Mail (though most often 2-3 days), and up to 15 days for Media Mail (though most often 7-10 days). If your order contained a pre-ordered item, your order will ship on or around the specified date of the pre-order dispatch. Thank you for your patience and support with regards to mail orders and pre-orders. We are a small staff with only a half dozen hands to work with (on a good day).

MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: MY VINYL RECORDS AND/OR COMPACT DISCS JUST ARRIVED VIA THE POST, AND THEY ARE BENT / CREASED / WARPED / CRACKED / CHIPPED / SCRATCHED / DAMP / SOILED / BROKEN / PUNCTURED / TORN. WILL YOU REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE?
We assure you that we packed your order to meet or exceed all postal shipping standards, and when your order was dispatched from our office, it was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot account for how your package was handled once it left our hands. Temporary Resldence Ltd. is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels shipped via USPS unless additional Insurance or Registered services are purchased and applied at the time your order is placed. If your order has been tracked and marked as "DELIVERED" by the courier service, we consider your order to be delivered, and cannot be held responsible for any loss of your order. If, however, you suspect your order is defective in some way due to manufacturing error, or is missing contents, please contact us to remedy the situation.

MAIL ORDER INQUIRY: I ORDERED THE WRONG RECORD. I WANT A DIFFERENT RECORD, OR A DIFFERENT COLORED VINYL, OR A DIFFERENT FORMAT. WILL YOU ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
If you ordered the wrong item (be it the wrong format or wrong colored vinyl), you may exchange it ONLY if the item is unopened and in the same condition in which is was received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and exchanges are subject to availability. We do not offer cash refunds, only store credit.

WEBSTORE INQUIRY: I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET IT?
